St. Patrick School is an accredited, nonpublic school located in scenic northeast Iowa in the community of Waukon, Iowa. The school provides a faith-filled, Catholic education for students in preschool through sixth grade.
St. Patrick School is a community where all are learning, challenging, working cooperatively, and being of service as we find joy in our Christian life. Instruction is provided in all areas plus religion and guidance. Permeation of Christian values is infused throughout the curriculum. Computer literacy includes access to the Internet. The school has a computer lab of 22 PC computers and a mobile lab of 22 Apple iMac workbooks. Title I Reading and Mathematics is provided through the Allamakee Community School District.
St. Patrick School has twelve licensed educators, seven support staff members, and numerous volunteers providing quality educational experiences and support services for our students. The twelve educators have over 210 years of experience in education.
St. Patrick School offers its parents an excellent Latchkey Program. The Latchkey Program is a before and after-school supervised program that permits working parents an affordable, safe environment for their children before and after-school.
